Structure and fit
Bras
Underwired, soft cup and bralette styles graded across the full size range.
What it is
A bra is a structural garment. Band, cup, wire and strap work together, and a few millimetres in any of them changes how the piece feels after an hour of wear. We develop each style on a pattern, fit it on a body and grade it across the full size range before it reaches production.
What is included
- Pattern drafted and graded in house
- Fit correction on a real body
- Specified elastics, wires and findings
- Finishing and quality check per batch
- Documented pattern for repeat orders
How it works
Pattern and first sample
The style is drafted, cut and sewn as a single sample in the base size.
Fit session
The sample is fitted on a body, not only measured on a table, and corrected.
Grading
The corrected pattern is graded across every band and cup size in the range.
Production
Cutting, sewing and finishing run to the approved pattern, with checks per batch.
Frequent questions
Which styles do you produce?
Underwired, soft cup and bralette constructions, in plain microfibre, lace and tulle, with or without padding.
What size range is available?
Styles are graded across the standard Brazilian band and cup range; the exact curve per style is confirmed at sampling.
Can you match a fit we already sell?
Yes. Send us the reference piece and we reverse the pattern, then adjust it until the fit matches.
