This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights available to you.

1. Data we collect

• Data you provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of any message you send through our contact form or by e-mail.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or preliminary steps to it, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties that are necessary to deliver what you asked for: carriers and installers engaged for your order, accounting and tax service providers, payment processors, and hosting and e-mail providers that operate our infrastructure. Each receives only the data required for its task. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is being considered and for a reasonable period afterwards. Transaction and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable legislation. After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, anonymisation or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt and respond within the period allowed by law, and we may ask for information to verify your identity before acting.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function, together with aggregate measurement of page views. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.

8. Security

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the volume and sensitivity of the data we hold, including restricted access, encrypted transport and retention limits. No system is completely immune to incidents; if one occurs that presents a relevant risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and the competent authority as required.

9. Children

Our products and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
